Do I have to be registered on the site to place an order?

Not necessarily. You can shop without registering, but by creating your own user account you will be able to manage the information on your orders, view the status of your shipment and purchase more easily in the future.

Are the prices on the website inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices visible on our online store are inclusive of 10% VAT.

What are the delivery times, is it possible to have the tracking number of the package?

For our deliveries we use DHL which offers the best service as speed and reliability. Obviously the timing may vary depending on the country of destination, but if you have registered your account on our site you can use the free service DHL ODD which will inform you via email or SMS phone regarding the tracking of your shipment.

How can I get information about my order?

You can monitor your order history at any time by accessing the My Account section. For any information you can send us an email to info@aromabalsamico.com, specifying your order number.

Which payment method can I use?

You can choose to pay by Credit Card, PayPal, Satispay, Bank Transfer. Payment by Bank Transfer may delay the delivery date by a few days, Products will be shipped only after the actual crediting.

How will I receive a refund for my order?

The refund will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer at the time of purchase within 14 days of receipt of your return. In case of Bank Transfer, you can send us your bank details by email to info@aromabalsamico.com.

How can I receive an invoice for my order?

You can receive an invoice for your order by correctly entering your VAT number before proceeding with the purchase. Invoices are generated within 48 hours of the order being dispatched. No invoice can be issued after the order form has been submitted, unless requested at the time the order is placed. If you cannot find your invoice, you can contact us by email at info@aromabalsamico.com.

Can't find the product you are looking for?

We are located exactly where balsamic vinegar is produced and exported all over the world. If you can’t find the vinegar you’re looking for on the site, let us know and we’ll try to supply it!

I have received a damaged or non-compliant bottle. What should I do?

You can send an email to info@aromabalsamico.com, specifying your order number and indicating the fault of the product received. Photographs of the original packaging and all visible products must be attached to the written communication. We will reply as soon as possible to resolve the problem.

I have to make a gift, do the prices of the products appear on the bottles or inside the box?

No, there is no printed cost summary inside the package. All communications regarding the price of products purchased are sent to the email address used to create your My Account profile.

Do you make gift boxes?

No, there is no order wrapping. Bottles only come in special packaging (cases, gifts, wooden boxes, etc.) where specified in the product description.
