Description
This product, the “Silver Medal” turns out to be strongly aromatic and able to enhance with its intensity the flavor of the dishes to which it is paired. It is marked by a rich aroma and good, rounded balsamic acidity. Use both raw and in cooking.
On visual examination, it is liquid, clear and shiny, dark brown in color. Homogeneous and without deposits.
Olfactory examination reveals a rich, penetrating and persistent, sweet, spicy and fruity scent with balsamic and woody aromas.
On taste examination, the flavor is balanced between sour and sweet, with good, round acidity. Fruity notes and balsamic aromas are evident.
