Balsamic Condiment Satin, as the name implies, has a silky but at the same time velvety aspect making it the evolution of the more famous condiment of Il Borgo del Balsamico Etichetta Rossa (lit. red label). Produced from cooked must and aged wine vinegar, aged for several years in small oak barrels.
Visual examination of the product is dark brown in color.
The product is very aromatic, with hints of fruit.
The product is very consistent, harmonious and full-bodied.
