Two artisanal products in every phase, born from a wise aging of only local grape must. They differ for their aging and consequently for their intended use as depicted on the labels and their cases.
A secret place surrounded by nature. The "Borgo del Balsamico" vinegar cellar, a place where peace and nature blend perfectly with the history of ancient stones and Italian gardens, houses barrels and vats from the 18th and 19th centuries, from noble families in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena. In every nook and cranny of the attics, in the old cottages, in the greenhouses, hundreds of barrels pass and stop to rest.
