Acetaia Sapore Italiano’s Etichetta Rossa is a Balsamic Vinegar IGP of Modena that is made from a blend of cooked grape must and wine vinegar, completely natural and with no added coloring agents, according to what is a centuries-old agricultural tradition typical of the Modenese hillside area. This results in an intense Balsamic Vinegar IGP of Modena that is very pleasant for its richness and softness on the palate, and is also characterized by good density. Ideal for use raw with both savory and sweet dishes.

The company, located in Sassuolo (MO), produces Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP.
The family-run company was established in 1984, although their production has much older roots.
For over 3 generations, as in true Modena culture, they have been preserving and handing down the secrets, traditions, and customs of the land of Modena and the production of Balsamic Vinegar.
