Yellow labelBalsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is the youngest aged product among the 3 Modena PGIs offered by the acetaia Il Borgo Del Balsamico. An artisanal product at every stage that is created by skillful aging oflocal grape must and a small percentage of wine vinegar. Aging takes place in oak barrels for at least 3 years. It is suitable for everyday use, seasoning simple dishes and making marinades.
On olfactory examination, the product is pungent and sour, with sweet notes.
