Acetaia Sapore Italiano’s Etichetta Verde (Green Label) is a White Condiment made from only selected white grapes sourced exclusively from the Emilia Romagna region. This results in an unaged Seasoning with good acidity but at the same time, delicate. It is therefore ideal for those who are looking for a product that is close to the same flavor as a Balsamic Vinegar, but with a less characterizing flavor note given by the absence of aging, and a neutral color that therefore leaves the color note of your dish unchanged.
On visual inspection it is liquid, clear and shiny, straw yellow in color, with already good density.
Olfactory examination reveals a characteristic, intense and delicate aroma, pleasantly acetic.
On taste examination, the flavor is sweet and delicate, balanced with a pleasant degree of acidity.
