This product, “Agrodolce Bianco” from the Giuseppe Giusti vinegar factory since 1605, is made from the soft pressing of Trebbiano grapes, resulting in a particularly sweet juice. Blended with high-quality white wine vinegars, it is then aged in French oak and ash barrels. This process keeps the more fruity and floral aromas of the varietal unaltered, resulting in a very amiable seasoning given by the contrast between low acidity and sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus. Fresh and balanced, it is therefore extremely versatile and easy to use.
