Description
Perle dell’acetaia Giuseppe Giusti Pearls since 1605 are made through the process of spherification in sodium alginate characteristic of molecular cuisine. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI “1 Silver Medal” is “trapped” in spheres the size of caviar, thus offering it a completely new texture suitable for applications of particular creativity.
Olfactory examination reveals a penetrating and persistent, sweet and fruity aroma with balsamic aromas.
