Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Precious GIFT “AZZURRA” has a high density of 1.33 and is characterized by well-perceived acid notes but rounded by a slight sweetness in the background. It is a vinegar with character, great wrap-around and is free of gluten, lactose and fat. Part of the Precious Gift selection.
On visual examination, it is viscous, deep in color and very clear.
Olfactory examination reveals an intense and rich aroma of ripe autumn fruit notes.
On taste examination, the flavor is balanced between sour and sweet. Fruity notes and balsamic aromas are evident.
