Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Precious GIFT “GREEN” has a density of 1.18 and is characterized by well-perceived acid notes but rounded by a slight sweetness in the background. It is a vinegar with character, great wrap-around and is free of gluten, lactose and fat. Part of the Precious Gift selection. Available in 2x250ml format.
