Precious Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI “ROSA” has a density of 1.12 and is characterized by good fluidity and a balance between acidic and sweet notes. It is a vinegar with character, great wrap-around and is free of gluten, lactose and fat. Part of the Precious Gift selection. Available in 2x250ml format.
