Description
A Balsamic Dressing born from the encounter between Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Igp “3 Medals of Gold” and Raspberry maceration techniques. The slight acidity and natural roundness of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI “3 Medaglie d’Oro” is enhanced and sweetened by the raspberry juice, which macerates in barrels gradually bonding to the flavors of the Balsamic until fully mature.
On visual examination, it is liquid, clear and shiny, dark brown in color. Homogeneous and without deposits.
Olfactory examination reveals a penetrating and persistent, sweet and spicy fragrance with balsamic and raspberry aromas.
On taste examination, the flavor has a slight acidity, sweetened by raspberry flavor, with balsamic aromas and woody notes.
