His Majesty Denso Dolce di Modena is made by combining grape must and wine vinegar. A fruity dressing, very
balanced in taste, which has the advantage of enriching the dishes it is paired with with sweet-sour and complex notes without interfering with their coloring but giving them liveliness of flavor. The result of an ancient Bellei familyrecipe in which valuable raw materials that are part of the tradition of the area are expertly blended together and subjected to prolonged aging.
On visual examination, it is very dense and brightly colored.
Olfactory examination reveals an aromatic fragrance with bittersweet notes of cooked fruit.
On taste examination, the flavor is balanced and rich, sweetness and acitdity are balanced in a perfect equilibrium.
