Description
The Family Reserve represents a line of fine, sweet and dense Balsamic Condiments. They come from the custom, present in the Giusti family as in many other Modenese families, of hand-bottling with string and sealing wax in small glass bottles the balsamic produced at home, to give to loved ones. Aromas of plum jam intertwine with sweet hints of vanilla, creating a delicate and enveloping aromatic bouquet. Ideal for seasoning raw, different kinds of dishes.
On visual examination, it is liquid, clear and shiny, dark brown in color. Homogeneous and without deposits, and of high density.
Olfactory examination reveals a penetrating and persistent, sweet and spicy aroma. Aromas of plum jam, balsamic and woody, with sweet hints of vanilla.
On taste examination, the flavor is balanced between sour and sweet. Fruity notes and balsamic aromas are evident, creating a delicate and enveloping bouquet.
