Acetaia Castelli’s Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale DOP di Reggio Emilia Bollino Argento was tasted and evaluated by experts who, as members of the Consortium, issued the prestigious authorization to label it. The Silver Seal requires at least 12 years of aging, and is bottled in a 100-ml “inverted tulip” format designed by Giugiaro with a cork and sealing-wax stopper. Housed in an elegant printed cardboard gift box with dropper pourer and protective glass cap. Multilingual catalog with recipes and product history.

On visual inspection, the product is very dense and persistent, deep brown in color, clear and bright.
