On visual inspection, the product is very dense and persistent, deep brown in color, clear and bright.
On olfactory examination, the product is penetrating and persistent, with an intense bouquet and a pleasant sour note, scents of barrel wood (oak, cherry,juniper, mulberry, acacia, pear and chestnut).
On taste examination, the product is well balanced sweet and sour, with acidity and aroma in agreement with all the olfactory characteristics.
