Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP of Reggio Emilia Bollino ORO (lit. gold seal) is produced by cooking grape must coming from selected vineyards of the province of Reggio Emilia only. After a phase of acetification, it is refined and aged in barrels for at least 25 years, thus undergoing the judgment of master tasters who give it the highest classification. To be used uncooked.
